Jeremiah Asiamah, a London-based DJ and presenter billed by Tinie Tempah as a ‘legend in the making’, is fast becoming a prominent tastemaker in UK music.

Making a name for himself at south London radio station Reprezent, where he welcomed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they visited to hear about how the station’s trained more than 4000 young people and nurtured talents including Stormzy, Asiamah rose through the ranks and has regularly appeared on BBC Radio 1Xtra, where he’s co-hosted with Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw and been called ‘a younger version of DJ EZ’ by fellow presenter Toddla T. In November 2017, the 20 year old secured a permanent residency at the BBC and has since helped launch the BBC Sounds app, which will ‘carry thousands of hours of BBC content both live and on-demand’. Asiamah has also performed at Glastonbury and Lovebox, sharing a stage with artists including Kojo Funds and Mist, and is set to perform at Boiler Room and Lynx Music’s One Night Only party in London on December 6, alongside Yxng Bane, Ms Banks and P Montana.
